Dear Raincer,
We are having a problem with
a certain multisplit combination on several
different places. Namely, if we connect a
console unit in the combination, the system
defines all indoor units at the same
temperature( Jim: Sorry, I didn’t
understand this sentence well. Why did you
say so? How did you know the system define
all indoor unit at the same temperature as
setting temperature of console? ),
and that is the temperature set for the
console unit, regardless of the fact that
there are also wall mount indoor units in the
combination that have a different temperature
defined. So different temperatures cannot be
defined on different indoor units if there is
a console unit in the combination.
The system works without a problem only if
there is no console unit in the combination.
Also, if in combination we have two console
units and one or two wall mount units, then
the system is again set to the temperature
defined on the console units, but this time
the higher temperature defined of the two
console units. (Jim: Again, How did you know
the system set to the temperature of the
higher temperature defined of the two
console units?)
I know
this is a problem for the service department
or technical support, but I don’t have the
