with your predecessors.

I expected a bigger discount, but that’s how it is. I appreciate
your efforts. Now the delivery time is important since the
contract is signed. I need the goods ASAP.
Please send me PI for making payment immediately.
For such emergencies where we are bound by a delivery deadline, it
would be good for us finally, after 4 years of building trust, to
allow us a delayed payment  in order to honor the delivery
deadline we promised. 

I think we deserve that
Arry said he will do his best. Lets continue where he
